Terry Ryan, owner and operator, works tirelessly to care for all our women giving them all the comforts of home. We have created a home that caters only to women and provides full or partial assistance,love,compassion, where residents enjoy a complete assisted living experience at Eternal Life Care Home.

HOW LONG HAS ELCH BEEN OPERATING, AND WHY?
Eternal Life Care Home was established in February 2012. This was not a planned business “opportunity” It was a complete career change at a late stage in life. After caring for my own mother who's health was failing due to Alzheimers Disease, I made a difficult decision to place my mother in a nursing facility. My own mother became a “number” and “patient” rather than a human being. The care was less than par and this home was chosen after viewing over 65 homes here in Tucson. After six months of turmoil, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I quit a successful career to open ELCH and personally care for my mother and other women. I established these basic rules:

Rule #1:
Respect each resident’s identity, right to compassionate care, and attention to medical needs.

Rule #2:
Treat & Care for each individual as you would want to be cared for.

Rule #3:
Attention to cleanliness not only with the residents, but high standards of cleaning in the home as well. No exceptions.
